Windrush Sound System L:inkUp – Claude ‘Hopper’ Hendrickson (of the African Caribbean Achievement Project Bradford) interviews Sound System founders and members from across the UK
Dan I – Crucial / Jah Bible feat. Cisko Kid (12″) – Bradford’s very own ‘Dan I’ features on these tracks, distributed by Control Tower Records in France.
Inspirational Sound meets The Rootsman Up North (12″) – mixed in Bradford, and featuring dubs named after key sound system venues in the city: Checkpoint, Perserverance, and Palm Cove, to name just a few.
Ashish Joshi – a prominent Sound System Researcher, Ashish regularly posts recent news and archive footage to his YouTube Channel
Iration Steppas – a Leeds institution, active for over 23 years as a sound system and production unit composed of Mark Iration and Dennis Rootical. Iration Steppas are also the focus of a documentary film, ‘Ina Vanguard Style’, which you can read more about on DJ Mag here.
Scorcher Sound – this legendary sound system recording features MikeeGemini and Yellow Bantan, Sister Gad, Sooty Bantan, Dennis Rowe, and more. In lovin memory of Clive ‘Slackness’ Brown.
